Grounded is a wellness festival that exhibits alternate healing modalities that are intended to bring healing and well-being into one’s life. The day is filled with intention, feelings of community, and an awareness of being grounded. Local vendors and instructors are carefully curated for a unique and magical atmosphere.

  • Movement

    Movement is medicine! Grounded’s itinerary is filled with trained, knowledgeable instructors. Each instructor will safely guide you through an inspiring exercise. Our hope is that you find something new that fuels your desire to commit to living a healthy, balanced life.

    Research shows that people who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional wellbeing, and lower rates of mental illness.

  • meditation

    Fuel your mind! Grounded offers two meditation practices throughout the day. Our instructors are trained and carefully selected to optimize your meditative experience.

    Meditation has been shown to decrease stress, lower blood pressure, increase self-esteem, regulate your mood, increase self-awareness, and help manage anxiety and depression.

  • journaling

    Create the life you want! Grounded offers two journaling prompts that are led by our founder, Sara. By adding journaling to her growing mental health “toolbox”, Sara has achieved so much personal growth.

    Journaling can be used as an opportunity for positive self-talk, identifying negative thoughts and behaviors, and for manifesting a life beyond your wildest dreams!
